In a nutshell: Ole joe has sic’d his DOJ on Trump as a diversion and decoy from his family’s illegal business investigations. Mr. Levin spelled it out in 21 snap-shots. I knew I could never do adequate service to Mr. Levin’s fantastic work, so I simply captured it in sequence:

There are numerous disgusting aspects of the biden’s selling of America to ANY bidder, but it’s the blind Democrat voting followers that don’t care that he has ACTUALLY broken numerous laws while serving as an elected official as opposed to the flatly MADE-UP, conjured, LOOSED interpretation of misdemeanors stretched into felonies brought against “Orange Man,” Donald Trump. They openly say they don’t care if biden broke any law. ALL they care about is making sure Trump goes to jail – NOT that he doesn’t run for president, although they do NOT want him running again… but that he goes to jail is the prevalent motivation – even though he committed zero offense worthy of any jail time. THEY. DON’T. CARE.

How do you fight against a group of people who have such disregard for virtue and the rule of law? How do you appeal to these people who openly state that even if their candidate cheats to win, that’s okay with them – just so long as they win? Obviously, anything that appeals to you and me, anything to do with Christian values and morals, is an anathema. Trump didn’t do that, but when he was elected, it seems whatever tattered moral cloak that was barely hanging by a thread was ripped off and burned. ALL bets were off, and it felt like everyone who didn’t vote for Trump felt empowered to at least verbally attack every person that did. I was a recipient of this newfound empowerment from a now former 30+ year friend. I realize I’ve written about this in previous blogs, so forgive me for one more mention. His words: “I’m sure you voted for Trump, and I can’t associate with people who are against my people {he is gay} getting basic human rights.” And that was that … 30+ years of friendship (so I thought) gone because he THOUGHT I voted for Trump. Strangely, he never asked me if I voted for Trump or whomever. And I didn’t tell him because I concluded that if he was willing to end a friendship over an assumption with zero verification, it was time to let him go as there was no friendship. Hillary was more important than 30+ years of history, loyalty, familiarity, stories, shared difficulties, laughter – and LOTS of it, deaths, illnesses, etc., all the things that make a friendship. Gone.

That is the Democrat party. Their loyalty is to the Party, not the person. I’m not really sure it has anything to do with the individual’s policies as to why they vote Democrat. I think it’s more about win at all cost because I saw that blind loyalty from my former friend. It didn’t matter the candidate’s platform /issues – he voted for them BECAUSE they were democrat. I have neighbors who do the same. This has to be the case as they’ve conjointly already offered up their unborn babies on the altar to the god of CHOICE, and now they are offering up their “outside the womb” children to the god of LGBTQlmnopa;owekj;ldfkghoihtWHATEVER, and they fully expect everyone else with children to do the same. Dare I ask what would be next on their altar agenda? That makes me shudder!

We can NOT sit back all smug and cast disparagements on biden and the blind followers of the Democrat Party because the Republican Party has only a tiny footing dug into their candidate and their issues thanks to Trump. He is the person whose message actually got past the mic and made it to the voters’ ears – and even to those on the left. Is he a saint? NO! None of them are. However, his message reached the voter, LOUD and CLEAR – and they responded.

WE THE PEOPLE are in charge! Stop thinking it’s up to the “Deep State.” Stop acquiescing! What’s happening right now is precisely what the writers of our Constitution warned against especially in the 2nd Amendment. While a purpose stated in the 2nd Amendment is for personal protection, our right to bear arms in a militia is spelled out against a government that infringes on the rights of its citizens.

We have to know what’s going on with all our electeds! We’ve already allowed abortion to be paid for with our tax dollars. Now we’re allowing boys and men to pretend they’re girls, infiltrate a team, and take titles and futures away from girls and women. We’re allowing hospitals to castrate boys, mutilate girls, cut off perfectly healthy body parts, allowing doctors to put kids on puberty blockers that sterilize them all in the name of trans. Yes, we showed our disgust with Bud Lite and Target. But that wasn’t until May of 2023 – and this has been going on since when? … that’s the point. We have NO clue. Are you going to boycott Chick-Fil-A if their new DEI (diversity equity inclusion) department forces women to share a bathroom with man? Hasn’t happened – that we know of – but don’t hold your breath.

What will be the thing that will make us say ENOUGH? It wasn’t abortion. It’s not sterilizing and mutilating boys and girls. It hasn’t been boys and men taking over girl’s/women’s sports. It isn’t gay marriage. I just wonder… what will be THE thing when collectively WE say NO MORE.

How about drag shows with toddlers participating? Or the fact that we are being systematically desensitized to accept pedophilia – or “minor attracted persons.” Yep. That’s what they’re called.

What does this have to do with Trump or biden? Everything! We are being programmed by the media to accept lies as truth. Crimes are nothing. Nothings are crimes. Lying is perfectly fine. Just keep doing it and eventually no one notices it. Karine Jean Pierre gets up on a regular basis and bold-face lies about biden or someone else in his administration with zero compunction. She receives Pinocchios from liberal outlets and doesn’t respond to them. Ever. Lies are acceptable. Desensitization.

Yet when Trump was in office, all we heard was how he was an agent of Putin. YEARS of Russia, Russia. Special counsel spends $45 million to investigate Trump and Robert Mueller says, “meh, possibly not true.” Another special counsel looks into it, spends even MORE tax dollars, and finds Hillary AND the FBI were responsible for the WHOLE LIE … did anyone get in trouble for it? NOPE.

Every person in AT LEAST America KNOWS Hunter Biden is a big nasty, druggie whose laptop IS in the hands of the FBI. We all know TOO much about his nasty life. We all know about the family business and we all know no one will be held accountable.

We have been desensitized to crime, lies, and blatant disregard to justice in America. We need to collectively get pissed and say, “NO MORE!”

Instead of yammering on about what we’re all experiencing in this Satanic world we live in, I’m simply going to show beauty.

God has imprinted on every human – because He created them in His image – to recognize beauty and to attribute it to His perfect nature: Psalm 19:1 states, “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims His handiwork.” After each day of creation, God declared His creative work “good.”  Genesis 1:9-13 (NAS) 9) “Then God said, “Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. 10) And God called the dry land “earth,” and the gathering of the waters He called “seas”; and God saw that it was good. 11) Then God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit according to their kind with seed in them”; and it was so. 12) The earth produced vegetation, plants yielding seed according to their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, according to their kind; and God saw that it was good. 13) And there was evening and there was morning, a third day.”

At the end of each day of creation, God looked over His work and always declared it as “good.” If you are observant, you will notice God always SPOKE everything into existence… UNTIL – He created man. With His creation of “man,” God used His own hands to form “man” and used His own breath to fill man’s lungs with His very life. Genesis 2:7: 7) Then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living person.” No other life-form did God breathe HIS OWN BREATH to bring to life. Just man – made in His image. Our breath is God’s breath.

Every living thing that we know about and that has yet to be discovered was created by God. Genesis 1:26-30: “26) Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27) God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28) God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” 29) Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; 30) and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food”; and it was so.”

Welcome to your own dystopia. First, you muzzle Tucker Carlson because he told the truth. BAD move! Now you’re wetting your pants because he continues to speak? What country is this? When did THE God of the Universe step down and hand over the reins to you? There are so many events happening at one time, sometimes it’s hard to keep up. That’s why you have your trusty pal – ME! While you toil away at the duties that keep you from delving into the nitty-gritty of life events, I try to stay up on them. It IS hard.

I peruse several news sites, listen to multiple podcasts – not all conservative… that would make me too narrow-minded. I try to get both sides of the issues that are hitting you and me between the eyes any time we listen or read the condensed news blurbs. Yes, I actually listen or watch (ugh) CNN or MSNBC to catch the propaganda they’re pushing regardless the narrative.

Here’s the latest I learned. You’ll just love it!

I’m sure you heard about Donald Trump being cleared of rape charges by a Manhattan jury whose case was brought by E. Jean Carroll. Yet, Trump was somehow found “liable of sexual abuse” for saying he never met her.

OK… WHAT!?

Here’s the deal. There are SO many issues with this case – and, NO, I’m NOT a lawyer, and these are just my observations so, here you go: 1) Ms Carroll doesn’t even remember what year this “rape” happened. 2) She narrowed it down to the ladder part of the 90’s. ***3) NY State law suspended the Statute of Limitations on rape charges that could be adjudicated beginning November 2022 until November 2023. ***GUESS WHEN E. JEAN CARROLL FILED HER LAWSUIT???????*** 4) Ms Carroll’s lawsuit was filed in November of 2022.

I’m not a genius. I made a 12 on my ACT test in high school – that’s a FLUNK. I finished college with a BLISSFUL C+ average. I made A’s and B’s in my music and some Bible courses because I loved them!!! History, English, any other courses?… I mostly tried… kind of sort of … BUT… – NONE of that is the point.

THIS WOMAN – OH … MY … GOD … Can you BE more of a horrible person than to do what she did? Murderers have been convicted on this kind of sick circumstantial, concocted BS, ZERO evidence, of a case. AND they had the right YEAR. I’m thinking if she WAS raped SHE WOULD REMEMBER THE YEAR – THE DAY – THE MONTH – THE SMELLS – THE PLACE… EVERYTHING!!!!! Even if it was 30+ years ago, she was still in her 50’s. She would remember at LEAST the year! allegedly

I’ve met MANY women AND men who have been raped. ALL of them remember precisely WHEN it happened because that was when their life was NEVER the same again.

She was awarded $5 Million in “damages”. I wonder how much she received from the Democrat Party or Michael Bloomberg or Hillary Clinton or George Soros or fill-in-the-blank …?

Is it about the money? Is it about Orange man? NO! Then what IS it about? Every time a woman makes a false rape or sexual assault charge against a man the next woman who is raped or sexually assaulted will eventually have a harder time being believed. Women WILL be back to the era of “she asked for it because she was

Every choice has consequences. You never get to choose. To appeal to the integrity of a woman who is after a big pay day is futile. However, if mothers and fathers will simply teach their children to respect the boundaries that are their bodies set apart for marriage and THEN having children, doing what is right in God’s eyes, we just *MIGHT* have something to work with.

We need to be intentional about what we teach our kids. Trump will have to deal with his own actions whether here on earth but most definitely before God in heaven. What would be best is if parents would actively teach their kids to NOT get themselves into situations that would find them compromised. Obviously not every situation can be avoided, but 99% sure can.

I believe women that falsely accuse anyone of sexual crimes, once proven in a court of law, should be prosecuted, and tried for the same sentence sought for the man/men she accused.

I do know there are a crap-ton of sex crimes that go unreported due to shame, fear, etc., however women like Ms Carroll, who are in it for money and/or notoriety, are tainting the cesspool for REAL victims.

Now you know a tad more of the story.

I recently went to dinner with family and friends and was told my blogs were missed. Full disclosure, and as I explained to my friends, I have been going through Master Gardener classes through an extension program with University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Classes lasted 14 weeks. Doesn’t sound like a lot but the amount of work and topics covered was overwhelming. A minor part of our work was logging all the hours spent studying, reading, researching, listening, watching youtube videos, performing tasks, etc., and there wasn’t a week that I didn’t spend less than 10 hours, most were 15+ hours working on the lessons. Although it had been a LONG time since I had disciplined myself to study, it was my fav subject which made it MUCH more tolerable and down right enjoyable. I am considered a Master Gardener Intern until I perform certain criterea by May, 2024.

I have utterly enjoyed learning way more than my tiny pea brain could possibly absorb, but what was more rewarding was being around others who were as dedicated, obsessed, picky about, absolutely in love with, and could discuss endlessly about gardening whether it was about flowers or veges. During those 14 weeks, attending Monday evening classes, eating together, politics were not discussed. Oh there were PLENTY of opinionated ladies in the class, and there were PLENTY of HOT topics happening – mind you, ole joe is still in office, but we were there to learn and we were old enough to keep our focus on the topic at hand. It was refreshing.

Graduation happened and I am back to my daily, unschooled life. I still have requirements to fulfill in the next year, but my complete focus is freer now and maybe the last 14 weeks should be a lesson to me that I can train myself to tune out the HOT topics, focus on what I CHOOSE, keep informed but not engrossed. I will try! If you know me you’re rolling your eyes, or laughing. However, I DID accomplish it for 14 weeks. Who knows… maybe in my old age I’m actually growing up.

But never fear, I will still bang out my opinions about what I feel are injustices. In the 14 weeks alone – it’s staggering to even list what all has happened in the America ole joe has destabilized – so I won’t. I don’t need to. But if you and the majority of TRUE Americans are not aware of the LACK of free speech and the systematic attack on our 1st Amendment you NEED to get your head out of the sand or your backside. No, there’s not an executive order (yet) stating you can’t say what you like. that’s not what THEY do. THEY turn ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, Fox News – yes Fox News – into their mouth pieces. One by one. Fox News was the latest to fall.

It’s not because I liked Tucker Carlson, which I did, that I say Fox News is now THEIR mouth piece. It’s because of WHY Tucker was silenced. Do you know why? No, no one does. Probably not even Tucker. I’ll tell you why I THINK he got muzzled. He said what everyone KNOWS to be true: 1) January 6 wasn’t an insurrection – it was a culmination of a lack of security by Nancy Pelosi (why? good question), coordination of/by FBI and other alphabet agency informants, stupid Republicans who fell for the trap, and the systematic lying machine (aka main stream media) that dictates the narrative. 2) ole joe could have NEVER gotten 80+ Million votes! More than Barak??? 3) Covid vaccines are, a) not effective, b)are injuring, and c) in some cases killing people. 4) Chinese AT LEAST accidentally released covid from a Wuhan BioWeapons Lab, if not accidentally – intentionally. 5) Mutulating children who cry Trans is a crime on our society! These are just a few of the truths Tucker espoused from his 8pm pulpit. THAT’S why he got silenced. BTW – he hasn’t been fired… he’s been silenced with a contract with a non-compete clause through 2025. BIG difference.

As conservatives watch pastors get arrested for quietly praying outside an abortion clinic, Tucker being silenced, 51 “Intelligence” officials openly LIE about the TRUTH of Hunter Biden’s laptop, Douglas Mackey sentenced to 10 years in prison for posting a meme about Hillary Clinton’s campaign does ole joe need an executive order to threaten our Free Speech rights?

Take notice of ole joe’s campaign of lies. They’re more powerful than the truth because Satan is the father of lies and ole joe is of his father Satan. Any person who systematically advocates the murder of unborn babies, goes against nature itself by saying you can change your gender just by speaking it, imprisons people for exercising their Constitutuional Rights, steals from one group of people and gives to another without consent, replaces equality with equity (which are two completely different concepts), allows the slaughter of people of color on a weekly basis with zero indignation, the pillage of Americans through intentional inflation of prices in order to force an agenda NO ONE in America wants (green new deal) is an evil person. There is no other way to describe ole joe but EVIL. As his family has enriched themselves off our backs, he is destroying every fiber of this once great nation. And the fact that he goes to Mass every week and goes through the motions of whatever he does is an anathema.

Every person who knows God and is His child needs to be on their knees in prayer for our nation! I don’t say that lightly because if ANY Democrat wins in 2024 we can all literally say goodbye to this America. Our Constitution will be gone forever! That is NOT hyperbole. They WILL strip every Right that’s barely hanging on right now in our Bill of Rights. They WILL find a way to pack the Supreme Court, find a way to fire or impeach every conservative sitting Justice and replace them with a radical – not liberal – a radical! And if you think our school systems are bad now, and that parents have little say, there will be NONE. Randy Gardner will OWN your kids!!!

I’m not being debbie-downer. I’m being real. We all need to GET REAL! Get on our knees, pray and plead to God to turn this nation around, and then GET INVOLVED. It’s WAY past time to be timid, scared to get involved because if we don’t WE will be without ANY rights or power. Yes, God IS in control. Yes, He DOES work all things for His glory and good, but have you read about the Children of Israel when they turned their back on God? Have you read how many times they were in captivity for hundreds of years because they hardened their hearts? Have you read about Daniel? Shadrach, Meshack, and Abednego? Get real. Don’t think we’re too good for that.

We need to pray for our nation, our people, our children, the parents, our leaders. God CAN change hearts. God CAN change leaders. But WE need to change OUR hearts and our actions towards what we will tolerate. How much more sin and evil are we willing to normalize? Think how disgusting it is to you to watch parents take their little children to watch drag shows, how disgusting knowing porn is in our kid’s libraries at elementary schools – what does our Holy God think? He had His Son die for that. We read about parents who offered their children as sacrifices to a burning altar to a god in the bible and are incensed yet we vote for candidates who will allow for babies still in their mother to have their brains sucked out before they remove them limb from limb in the name of the god of “Choice.” America didn’t get here overnight by ole joe, although he has been a part of this evil decline for 50+ years. There has to be a beginning of change. It HAS to start with us. We have the eternal Hope of Christ. We HAVE to – We have no other choice!

Kash Patel was chief of staff to the Acting United States Secretary of Defense in President Trump’s Administration. During his podcast last week, Kash’s Corner, our government knew about the now infamous Chinese balloon early over the Aleutian Islands west of Alaska the week before January 28. So, we’re talking knowledge of the balloon’s location was known around January 21. It was shot down February 4, 2023.

Kash Patel said China doesn’t have dual-purpose technology. A weather balloon in China is just a weather balloon. These balloons aren’t filled with gasses and sent to float at the mercy of a jetstream. They are remotely piloted the same as a drone. He told of a similar “balloon” over Taiwan in 2018 that had hypersonic capabilities. Hence, the urgency each state’s governor was expressing as this balloon slowly traversed their state. Where this balloon tracked – over the middle of our country – over our Nuke weapon sites – was not an accident.

And about joe’s typical claim, “Trump did it first.” Kash said, “NOT TRUE!” The General of NORAD making the claim , according to Kash, either 1) knew about Chinese balloons and never told John Radcliff or Kash Patel about it, or 2) is blatantly lying. There is not one person from Trump’s Administration that knew or knows anything about ANY balloons from anywhere, let alone China.

How much did you get from Xi Jinping to allow his spy balloon to make it all the way across the WHOLE country you swore to protect and defend. Oh… silly me – That was the Constitution you swore to protect and defend. OBVIOUSLY, you never swore to protect the ACTUAL boundaries and land of the United States since you’ve made our southern border WIDE open for anyone who wants to simply walk over … and now ANYONE can send ALL their spy equipment and mosey their way over ALL our nuke sites for as long as they desire.

How much will you make off this accommodation with China and whoever else? Is that how you’ve been able to afford milti-million dollar mansions when you DON’T make enough to support it? Gosh, joe… maybe you should do seminars on finanace when you lose in 2024.

Christ layed down the blue-print for Friendship: “Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friend.” Friendship is sacred to me.

When we met way back in the early ’80’s we immediately had a solid bond as friends. We had many commonalities: we both grew up in a Baptist church, performed in choral groups, had wicked sense of humor, loved the airline industry, just to name a few. We laughed a CRAP-TON – often!

There were issues on which we were polar opposite. You were a strong supporter of unions – I found them onerous and protectors of workers who should be fired. You were (are) from a die-hard democrat voting family – my family, Republican. Even though you hadn’t openly come out, I knew you were gay. When you finally told me you asked what I thought – I told you that was between you and God… I am not here to throw stones, but to love my friend as Christ qualified. It was not an issue in our friendship. It still isn’t.

In 2010, you flew down for Em’s high school graduation and you supported Roger, Em and me even when my family wouldn’t. As we sat through her ceremony, in the rain, with the lady sitting behind you, her umbrella positioned perfectly so the rain trickled down your back into your pants – we laughed loudly. We weathered tons and became stronger friends… so I thought.

Now – fast forward to 2016. Donald Trump beats Hillary and is elected President. I then get a call from you. I noticed your tone was terse but never expected what came next: “I know you voted for Trump. And, NOPE, I can’t be friends with anyone who would deny me and my people basic human rights.” Really? Not voting for Hillary means I wish to deny LGBTQ…LMNOP’ers basic human rights? THAT was on the ballot? Wow – I had no idea.

Somewhere between 2010 and 2016, and more likely 2013 and 2016, our friendship went from solid – to, because of filling in a dot on a ballot, NOPE, garbage. From having conversations about differing issues – to NOPE, canceled. How can you do that? Having such calloused, hateful disregard for a friendship with a 30+ year legacy is heinous. I’m not sure what we had that whole time, but it was NOT a friendship.

Since you indoctrinated me on the diabolical ways and means of your cancel culture, and how quickly it has become widespread, I see more and more how un-unique/drink the kool-aid/common you must have become to fall in line with that group-think. I am sad for you because if it was THAT easy to ditch a 30+ year friendship, just think how easily and quickly will your cancel culture ditch you with whom you have very little history and your ties are one dimensional. When you cancel everyone in your life who disagrees with your “fill in the blank,” what happens when your group-think changes and you don’t agree? You’ve set yourself up to either compromise what ethics you have left – or YOU be canceled. Your conundrum just became infinitely impossible.

When in the history of the world did your opinion become the only acceptable opinion? We taught Em EARLY “THINK PAST YOUR NOSE.” Life is never about YOU! One day this WILL turn on you and when you have your epiphany you will have no one to turn to as you have blown up all the bridges in your past.

I love baking bread! It’s easy. It’s satisfying. It’s fun. EVERYONE loves it. It makes me feel good. It’s a fundamental food mentioned all through the bible. “Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” Simple. Bread.

Basic flat bread has 2 ingredients – flour and water (possibly salt). Mix it… roll it out… throw it on a **hot** surface for about 20 seconds each side… you have Naan – bread eaten all over the middle east by billions. Take the same ingredients and add yeast and the world of endless possibilities for bread just opened up: french loaf, ciabatta, white loaf. Add eggs and butter and … ooh la la… you have brioche, babka, sweet cinnamon rolls.

Bread elicits warm, nostalgic, memories. I remember the first time I attempted bread. I was around age 19-20-ish. I made whole wheat honey bread. First try – BAM! Beautiful! My dad got so excited he started talking about me mass producing this bread. My mom didn’t bake bread, however she made PLENTY of other VERY yummy dishes. But daddy got stoked about my bread. No, I didn’t go into business. I was, at the time, in college, with tons of extra activities to occupy my time and mass producing bread just didn’t fit in.

That’s bread. It’s simple, yet profound. Now I’m adding sourdough starter to the mix. I’ve done it once before – from scratch. It’s work! So, we’ll see how it goes. This sourdough starter was sent to me by my sweet cousin Angie. She’s my biggest cheerleader outside my immediate family. This starter is over 80 years old. (No pressure😳yikes) I’ll do my best and try to catalog my progress.

Remember to cherish the simplicity of great things!

The beginning…

2022, for my sweet hubs and me, will go down as a very painful year, physically, emotionally, psychologically, and all the other “…ally’s.” However, spiritually, God remains providentially loving and sovereignly faithful – as if He could abandon His holy, eternal nature on our peon-ish travails. We humans always overestimate our affect on God while seriously underestimating His affect on everything, let alone us.

With the hubs’ double back surgery and subsequent rehab, he has naturally questioned if these surgeries were the right decision. Thankfully his doctor waited until after the surgeries to tell him it would be a year before he would feel any where close to anything resembling normal. He has suffered – A LOT – and it has been very hard to watch, but MUCH harder for him to live… endure. The excruciatingly awful part is behind us so now we go through the daily grind of medium awful issues, and one day we will progress to the minor awful into the mundane. We will get there!

To sit back and allow God to teach through life is completely against our pagan, unholy nature we inherited from Adam and Eve’s first, ever consequential sin – yet is plainly commanded: “Be still, and know that I am God”. We always hear that verse quoted from Psalm 46:10, yet that is incomplete. For me, there’s always a WHY. The why is the rest of the verse: “I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” As we are still, listening, and obeying God WILL be exalted – lifted up – glorified not only among the people with whom we know, but also across the country and the world. We tell family and friends how God has worked –  they tell family and friends… and God gets lifted up every time his story is told.

I will have surgery on my bum thumb tomorrow. They’ll remove a joint, pull a tendon from my wrist, put it through a bone in my thumb, and then create a cushion joint where the removed bone was. I’ll be in a cast for 6-8 weeks. Anyone who knows me knows I am not the best patient in the world. After my extensive lumpectomy in 2010, removing cancer, I “accidentally” snipped my drain tube WAY too early because it was bugging me. Perhaps I’ll be better this time. I’m praying all is well by spring planting time. I also have signed up for the master gardener class next year. Lots to do in the garden and the kitchen!

Watching our country tear itself apart at the seams continies to be painful. Yes, it IS God who appoints all kings and rulers – it is utterly sickening knowing joe and his sick cronies is what God deemed us worthy of having as leaders. If I thought anything other than that fact, the 2022 mid-term election results brought that home even further. To watch New York choose a leader who offers nothing but what they are getting now is complete insanity. No, I don’t live in New York but their choice is endemic of what’s happening all across America. I can’t help but be heartbroken for the future of my child and grandchild’s country especially after ole joe said he will change nothing after Republicans gained control over the house. I actually spoke that word before he did when he was asked by a reporter after the mid-terms.

There have been some bright bursts of light recently. Hubs and I watched the lighting of the Christmas tree on Foxnews last night and heard at least 3 times – VIVIDLY – heard that Christmas was about Christ coming down to earth, being born to save us from our sins. We both said Amen! It was refreshing to hear. It was BEAUTIFUL! “How lovely on the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who announces peace And brings good news of happiness, Who announces salvation, And says to Zion, “Your God reigns.” Isaiah 52:7

No matter why, who, what is happening God will forever be on His throne. He is ALWAYS in control. His sovereign will IS! His love cushions everything we go through with the faith only He can give through His grace and mercy. I can live with that.

Our God Reigns!
