Our illustrious government, who adamantly denies the border is open, has just posted “voluntary” jobs available for DOD **Department of Defense** employees to go to our southern closed border for TWO MONTHS and “provide support services for legal and illegal immigrants crossing our border to ensure they receive compassionate and timely care,” performing such duties as: clean refrigerators, pick up prescriptions, shred papers, clean up trash, sweeping, migrant personal property management – tagging, bagging, storing, and retrieval.” As a side note – should ANY papers be shredded from the border? Just sayin…
It should be noted these jobs were posted on USA Jobs and got zero response. Now our Pentagon employees are being called to “volunteer” to be maids and personal assistants. Yes, our tax dollars will be paying for DEFENSE workers to leave their DEFENSE jobs to clean out refrigerators and sweep floors. In the middle of Vlad Putin threatening to Nuke us – we’re sending DEFENSE workers to pick up prescriptions.
And just how much will this cost you and me? Well Of COURSE they get housing, meals, incidentals, daily pay, plus their salary each month to the tune of:

*Tucson $24,600
*El Paso $25,600
Haven’t we been told ad nauseum “THE BORDER IS CLOSED?” How much more?
