Hello! I am a white woman who has sex with a man… my husband. That is how everyone is supposed to introduce themselves – your race, gender (whatever THEY mean by gender), with whom (or what?) you have sex, and I’m quite sure more qualifiers will be added to the list in time. That’s how ole joe’s new press secretary, Ms Jean-Pierre, introduced herself Monday: black, lesbian, woman. To which I said… yippee skippy.
Years ago I was friends, and worked with Dave, who was gay. We had a lot in common: books, music, work issues, cooking and food, and many other things. I viewed then, as I do now, a person’s personal issues (and especially sin) between them and God. If and when they ask for my opinion / belief they WILL get the Biblical answer, as it is also mine. I can remember back in the late ’80’s asking Dave why gays had to be so OUT THERE during the gay parades – he said it was so guys like him were viewed as “normal.” That’s call desensitization.
Why does it seem that the democrats base EVERYTHING on sex/sexlife? I care NOTHING about your sex life! I REALLY REALLLLLLLLY don’t care! Your sex/sexlife has ZERO impact and/or interest in my life and thought. I have to wonder, AND be seriously concerned about people who ARE continually obsessed with other people’s sex life. Frankly, it makes me want to punch them in their nose! NONE OF A PERSON’S PRIVATE LIFE IS ANYONE’S BUSINESS. BUTT OUT! It definitely isn’t for govt scrutney!
As I’m writing this, one verse keeps rolling around in my head – and I’m ONLY going to quote the 1st part of it…. “but seek you first the kingdom of God…” Would that ALL who profess to know God and His saving grace would seek God!
That’s all we need to do!
